Empowering Students to Thrive
in a Global and Connected World.

Learn a New Language

We will train the students to use an approach called, “Becoming Equipped to Communicate” (BEC). This four-level program integrates language acquisition and cultural investigation. Students will implement this methodology to begin learning a local language and exploring the local culture. We provide coaching and individual mentorship in order to maximize effectiveness for future language learning endeavors.

Build genuine relationships

Students will be equipped to learn how to connect with people from different cultures with a high level of fluency and build genuine relationships.

Learn how to establish
and run businesses

Students will be trained by experienced business leaders who have started and maintained successful businesses in cross-culture settings on how to build a thriving business in a different cultural and business environment.

Learn how TO live in a
cross-cultural setting

The training that students receive will help them thrive in cultures different than their own. By learning languages, building deep relationships, and establishing and running businesses students will be set up to succeed as valuable citizens (and families) in many different cultures.
